| Are
the leads we purchase also sold to anyone else? |
We
generate leads exclusively for you and we will agree not to
sell these leads a second time for at least 30 days. After 30
days we may sell some of our leads a second time to our
favorite list management company. If this does not meet
your requirements we are willing to agree to never resell the
leads you purchase while not increasing the cost to you.

| In
what format are leads provided? |
We
typically provide leads via email in attached Word or Excel
files. We are able to work with you to provide the most
acceptable format for transmission of the leads. Other
acceptable formats are comma delimited, plain text, Access ,
etc. We strive to provide our product in the format which
works best for our clients.

| What
about invalid leads? |
We
will provide replacement leads or a credit to your account
with no questions asked for any invalid leads that slip
through our filtering process. We do require that the invalid
leads be returned to us for credit.

| What
payment options are available? |
If we
are generating leads for you on an ongoing basis, we will
invoice you weekly via email or fax as desired. You may in
return send a company check, money order, or wire
transfer. Other options may be considered upon request.

We
want to purchase some of the leads that are already being
generated for other companies, is this an option?
|
We
are currently servicing a variety of companies in a variety of
industries. Some of our clients purchase the same type of
leads as others. We are almost always able to increase our
current lead production to satisfy new clients orders for

| How
Fresh are the leads? |
In
almost every case we provide only Fresh
Leads that are
less than 24 hours old. If you do not work on weekends then we
may provide you leads on a Monday that were generated on the
weekend. This is the only normal situation in which our leads
would exceed 24 hours in age. Our typical agreement allows us
to provide leads up to 48 hours old to cover for internet
slowdowns which occur from time to time.
